Review of Hereditary (2018) by Khoinguyen1220 — 07 Jun 2018
With the psychological terror of The Witch, the emotional depth of The Babadook, disturbing imageries like no others, Hereditary offers a genuine and realistic look into grieves and guilt. Giving their Oscar worthy performances, both Toni Collette and Alex Wolff carry the emotional depth of the film on their shoulders.
In a crazy film like this, smaller moment (such as the dinner scene argument) kept the movie grounded. One of the best (and craziest) of the year.
