I'm giving one star just because the actors were great. Unfortunately I hated this movie, for me it was a waste of 2 and a half hours of my live.

My husband sleep after 30 minutes, because nothing happens. I was holpefull that it would get better and it didn't.

I read people saying that you can compare with classic horror movies, the first ones, and I think that is very wrong and misleading. The classics were 100% better than Hereditary.

They had a great story and great actors, but they managed to make one of the most boring movie I have ever seeing.

I would not waste my money, if you want to check for yourself wait until it's available on Netflix.
