Decent Mexican indie retro-styled psychosexual horror...

Great premise (while their parents get hot and heavy in a nearby car, 2 kids get lost exploring a mysterious rocky hill and come back not quite the same), metaphors of sexual awakening, and spooky at times.

Frustrating though as it could've been amazing in the hands of a more experienced director; some parts were a little amateurish, a little too much style over substance (jarring cuts, and screeching sound effects that have become so overdone they no longer disturb anyone), but the foundation is there, so I'll be interested to see what comes next from Bogliano.
