Funny as hell. Arnold is so terrible in this... he plays hercules. Hercules decides to visit New York, Zeus is mad at him for doing so, and sends Nemesis to drag him to hell. Also the filmakers were idiots, because they give all the gods their roman names, but Hercules wasn't roman he was greek.
The only other greek name used is zeus. But, its so poorly made its funny.
