Review of Hercules (1983) by Matt G — 06 Oct 2015
Hercules is first-and-foremost a comedy. And while it certainly has some funny moments (Woods as baddy Hades is a particular standout), its desire to be relevant in its references mostly comes across as insecurity.
Throw in some forgettable songs and a completely predictable plot, what you end up with is not so much bad as just kind of generic.
