Review of Herbie Rides Again (1974) by Crystal H — 04 Jun 2007

For a sequel, I really enjoyed this movie. And for a movie to stand on it's own, its also very good. I guess back when they made movies for quality, not for money, they did a better job, especially on the sequels.

This story has very few characters from the original (only the lone Herbie), but for once in a blue moon, it doesn't hinder the performance. The movie was easy to follow, and wasn't difficult to understand.

It was a fun film that you laugh at, especially with Herbie pulling off all of those crazy stunts. But I enjoyed it. We'll have to see how the other sequels performed.
