If someone asked me about what my favorite romance film is, I had a bit of a hard time at first because it was between Her and the Before trilogy. They're both different films though and are very romantic to watch.

So I thought about it, and I come to the terms that it's Her at a close second just because Her has a lot more going with it in the science fiction setting which means that they're going to be some cool things in it.

Joaquin Phoenix, Scarlett Johansson, and Amy Adams are terrific in this while giving some support from Chris Pratt, Rooney Mara, and a quick funny cameo from Kirsten Wiig. Spike Jonze really knew how to make interesting conversations like the Before trilogy, while giving some thought-provoking moments.

It has a lot of funny moments, and a lot of drama scenes that are effective which is something that people would actually argue about. The way it's shot is very pretty and is something out a painting which I agree with from my best friend.

The soundtrack gives off a bit of a soothing melody to it which is really nice. There were some questions that I was wondering, but really worried, about and it answers it very nicely and it wasn't as bad as I thought was going to be.

The chemistry between Theodore and Samantha is really excellent that it felt like a legit couple. People may see it as a creepy movie and I can see it that way, but for me, Her is a masterpiece that can make lots of people cry and there's never a thought about it being sappy or schmaltzy.
