"Her" deserves paragraphs of praise and appreciation. Although, I feel like my average vocabulary skills sadly would not represent with due fairness. I'll be thinking about this movie for days to come.
How the film displays its symbolism of human relationships and how disconnected we've become from each other was done with such care and intelligence. Spike Jonze unapologetically slaps you in the face with what's really going on in today's world.
"Her" will make you re-evaluate yourself and that's just one of the many reasons why it deserves a perfect score. It's a rarity to find a movie so thought-provoking while still being entertaining, funny, gripping, heartfelt, and humane all at the same time.
An absolute must-see.
