Review of Her (2013) by Tom E — 04 Jan 2015
Jonze has made a truly iconic masterpiece here and I am shocked it's taken me this long to watch it. It's a film that has to be watched intently to experience the true meaning of the story. It envisages a far more advanced society both in the obvious technological term and in the sociological sense.
It's a touching yet bitter sweet story but the words fail me, for which to describe its inner workings. I would advise anyone to watch it for themselves and I am curious to see what people say think.
