Review of Her (2013) by Edward T — 18 Nov 2014
Jonze's love story is a poetic snapshot of the human condition and modern relationships. For two and a bit hours, I walked in the shoes of Theodore, and for the briefest of moments I was reminded of what it was like to fall in love -- and to fall out of it.
Beautiful and sweet, the stylish finesse and true undertones of this creative masterpiece is a reminder of why computers -- no matter how advance they become -- can never replace humanity in ambitious creativity and in the complexities of love.
It requires a human touch, after all!
