This low budget film leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, Rooker is fantastic in his role as this crazed serial killer and yes, this film is uncompromising in its darkly portrayed themes, but it seems to dither.
Having read the background on the film, it does stray from the reality, which disappointed me. I wanted more and this film didn't really deliver.
