Review of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) by Sabina B — 22 Jul 2011
There are huge flaws, the central character for starters, who is so empty and devoid of enthusiasm that one imagines this was simply laziness on the part of the filmmakers and not the wonderfully menacing Michael Rooker.
However, ultimately, this is an intense, unlikable film which remains coldly and graphically effective for the most part.
