This movie is delightful at its own way, it is not award-winning material, but a perfect sentimental film for a lazy afternoon. The characters' performances were impressive, and Luke Wilson as a grouchy neighbor may even remind you of a similar real life experience you've had.
Overall, a feel good movie that will put a smile on your face.
