Review of Helvetica (2007) by Chris L — 29 Jan 2008

I really wanted to love this movie, and it was enjoyable, but it was far longer than it needed to be. I was bored with half an hour still to go, and after the 150th "font in use" shot (beautifully shot though they were) I didn't feel the need to see any more.

But the film does a great job of portraying the spectrum of opinions and reactions to this 600-pound gorilla.
