Review of Hell's Angels (1930) by Clay B — 20 Aug 2010
This is the film that Howard Huges dumped the most money ever spent into (in 1930), and it shows. It's a weakish story, but I think that's due to the fact that it was first made as a silent movie, then re-shot entirely with sound. It's still riveting entertainment, and the air combat scenes are downright frightening in their visual quality and story.
I recommend it!
