Hold on a minute; did I just watch a Hellraiser film? Are you sure?! This plays out like a supernatural crime thriller in the vein of Angel Heart, and has almost nothing to do with the previous films in the series.
On its own it would have been a fairly decent film, but Pinhead and the Lament Configuration were just thrown in as a token gesture. The title misleads the viewer, who would have expected Pinhead to be in the film for longer than two minutes.
Rubbish music as well.
