Review of Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992) by Jonny B — 11 Aug 2011

Pinhead is back in 'Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth" a movie that could have worked had they kept pinhead in the dark, brought back the cenobites, re-wrote the tedious dialogue, ditched the terrible music and cheesy characters, ditched the guy that shoots discs (that actually sounded good on paper, a guy with discs in his head that shoots them at people?), and added something substantially imaginative.

Instead we have to make do with plenty of style, cheese, gore, and a good pace. It's not a good movie but it's at least mildly enjoyable unlike part two.
