This film looks good and is filled with so much blood you could fill 2 bath tubs full but I didn't get the story. How is it the decendent of the toy maker is now able to bring people back from the dead???
The awesome S&M subway was my highlight of the film. I would totally love to take a ride on that sucker. Every city with a subway should have a dance club type subway train. That would be awesome!!!
As this was originally not a Hellraiser script and was later adapted to somehow fit the mythos, it's not suprising to see that nothing fits properly. Throwing in the puzzle box, Pinhead, the toy maker and some cenobites (who weren't even used) doesn't a Hellraiser movie make.
The ideas behind the Hellraiser mythos are here but not well enough. The Deaders just didn't make any sense.
