Review of Hellraiser (2022) by Erolsabadosh — 08 Oct 2022
This film is a mess with some great elements. The first twenty minutes is really intriguing and creepy, but the tension is lost long before the end. Goran Visnjic is really good but the main characters are bland, stupid and unlikeable, the gore is well done but it's not scary, the set design is great as are some of the environment transformation effects but generally the film is too brightly lit.
Entertaining enough to finish but I wouldn't really recommend it.
