Review of Hello, My Name Is Doris (2015) by Francisco Q — 05 May 2017
Sally Field has this capacity to elevate any material. "Hello, My Name is Doris" isn't the best comedy of 2016, but thanks to the cast and some original thoughts of its own, this movie is easily elevated.
But it's a bit of a shame, when a movie which had some good ideias just falls into the rom com genre clichês. The movie anyway, obviously, deserves to be watched because it's very funny and confortable.
