Review of Hello, Dolly! (1969) by Alecs M — 11 Feb 2007

I was surprised by the production, you get transported to the best New York of that time. The dancers are more like acrobats and you never stop seeing new luxury and extras. Anyway, I didn't like the old fashioned and very exagerated performance of many actors, the story is not original (you know the end since the beggining) and some musical scences make me yawn.

But if you can enjoy it as if you enjoy see the Cirque du Soleil.
