Review of Hellions (2015) by Joshua L — 22 Feb 2016
Hellions started out normal, just like any Halloween based horror movie would. The concept was interesting, a girl at home by herself gets visited by some evil little kids dressed in scary costumes. From the moment the scary stuff gets going, the film becomes weird and trippy and almost like the girl is in a completely different world.
The kids are freaky looking but besides a couple kill scenes they just stand around, make noises and run past the camera to shock you. The characters seem bored in their roles and by the end nothing makes sense and this whole demon baby storyline that develops is just dumb.
The ending is horrible and this film as a whole is pretty bad. Don't let the trailer for the film pull you in because this is one strange film that should be skipped.
