The Duke and his chums travel the world (well, various parts of the USA dressed up to look like the rest of the world) putting out oil well fires. There's no plot to speak of, it's just a sequence of set pieces featuring ever more explosive oil fires and dangerous amounts of nitroglycerine.
But it's damn good fun; I'm surprised no-ones remade it to be honest.
