Putting the altercations in a horrid act three aside, Hellboy 2 is an enjoyable watch. Unlike other comic book movies, this one actually goes beyond adapting the comic book to living it. Rich in content, but poor in plot.
Yet in the end its entertainment factor makes this film great.
