Review of Hellboy (2004) by Nick N — 04 Nov 2012
Hellboy is an imperfect, but very compelling comic book film. While the script could use more tuning since it felt shallow, the cast elevates the film above its script with their entertaining performances.
The action scenes are also spectacular, particularly the final battle which is the most awesome scene in the film. Plus, it has a great visual look and a great musical score. This film is pure fun to watch.
