Ron Pearlman is fantastic as Hellboy! The movie is thrilling, action-packed, and totally original. The story can get a little confusing at times but once it gets going it's great fun. Hellboy is destined to destroy the earth as we know it but he is defying his true calling completely by kicking some bad guy ass, pretty interesting stuff.
Guillermo Del Toro's creative touch makes Hellboy a step above most in the genre. Great film.
