Review of Hellboy (2004) by Lora R — 31 Aug 2012
I'm not familiar with the Hellboy comics, so the first glance at Hellboy was kind of odd and funny. The resemblance is to the comic character is perfect though.
Hellboy is creative, like I expected from Guillermo del Toro, and has a nice mix of action and humor.
The visuals and the creatures are great. I loved Abe Sapien and Karl Ruprecht Kroenen!
The movie is definitely entertaining, but the story didn't impress me.
