Review of Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988) by Greg T — 17 Sep 2009
If you thought "Hellraiser" was grotesque, wait til you get a load of this. Picking up straight after the first movie, "Hellbound" takes us into the labyrinth where demons are made and where a maths GCSE question rules over all.
It's over-ambitious to be sure, but it's also fun, interesting and appalling, despite having some of the worst on-camera "running" ever committed to celluloid. Quite possibly the most entertaining film in what has become a pretty miserable francise.
