Two bickering cops, two bickering 'outlaws' and the wide open spaces of West Texas make for a beautifully understated thriller. Without pumping out platitudes, like Patriots Day, it makes its points quietly and concisely whilst never losing its narrative arc.
Low budget it might be but high quality it definitely is.
