Review of Hell Night (1981) by Bill B — 12 Jan 2012
I enjoy Linda Blair's cleavage in this one, as she spend the duration of the costume party thrown in a haunted house dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, but the plotting is glacial and tries the patience of even the most patient viewer.
I mean, I was pissed after watching characters creep around for 20 minutes finding nothing, then stumble across someone WE AS THE AUDIENCE already know has been dead the whole time! How is this meant to be scary? Bah.
Rental at best, though I almost lean toward avoid.
