Review of Hell-Fire Austin (1932) by Matt M — 31 Mar 2013
Early western star Maynard stars as Hell Fire Austin, a discharged soldier and horse rider who, along with a streetwise Brooklyn pal, ends up helping a lady from a planned theft of her horse Tarzan. A mildly entertaining western with a tinge of slapstick comedy.
Hell Fire Austin is a good matinee which suffers from the cheap production values of many of its kind.
