Review of Hedda Gabler (1963) by Lilianetty L — 20 Aug 2011
Gosh, I read this and I saw the film just to see how loyal it is, and I fell in love with this characters. Hedda is a strong women defenetly, and we should all be as strong as her...but not that much XD.
Plot: Hedda is like I said, a strong women, with some mad stuffs in her head. She just wants to do things to make her boredom something unique. Cannot spoil more, since is a brilliant story-telling adaptation of the amazing HENRIK IBSEN! Stars for the crew and the ones behind this loyal adaptation.
Acting: Ingrid Bergman as Hedda Gabler (Tesman) was amazing, stunning, bloody fantastic, she NAILED the role for a 1963 movie (I was not born in that year LOL). Anyway, she did fantastic, same Trevor, Michael and Ralph. Ursula did also splendit, but Ingrid stole the whole show, making this film her own. I think that if they make another remake of the million remakes done, I wish Helena does the role (Bellatrix/Red Queen).
Music: The score was perfect in timing and rythm for every epic moment of the movie. Stars for the musicians behind the amazing magic.
To end this review, 4 stars of 5. I enjoyed it, loved it, and was impressed by this cast WAY older than me XD Enjoy and HASTA LA PROXIMA AMIGOS/AS! CHAO! BLESS YOU ALL!!!
