An 'American classic' is not a term to toss around, and some people I would call friends were doing just that, speaking of this movie. They were wrong, of course, but it was fun to see a Mighty Ducks era movie again, especially since I had never seen it during my youth.
really, it's nothing but a fun entertaining movie but could never compare to Mighty Ducks, a true young american classic.
