Review of Heavy Traffic (1973) by Rhett P — 12 Oct 2012
This is my favorite of Ralph Bakshi's films and I also think it is his most insane creation since this film goes off on such a wild tangent dealing with a wide variety of issues like racism, crime, stereotypes, and more.
This is definitely a very expressive and strange film unlike anything I've ever seen, and will be offensive to many people, but that's what I love about it. I love it in all of its insane glory.
