Review of Heaven on Earth (2008) by Nana N — 21 Jul 2009
Strong acting and an interesting script that explores issues of domestic abuse and family responsibility in a new Canadian family. Sadly, not all of the characters and their motives are fully developed, and the supernatural element completely turned me off and made for a disappointing ending.
I expected more from Deepa Mehta.
