Plenty of great visual work on display considering it is a Tykwer film, great performances by Blanchett and Ribisi, but the story is rather ho-hum. Considering it's based on an original Kieslowski script, I'd rather have seen what he could've done with the material.
Unfortunate that he passed at such an early age.
