Review of Heaven (1987) by Ben G — 26 Dec 2007
A screenplay by the master Kieslowski that has sadly slipped under the radar for most people. I picked this up in a cheap DVD store in Kowloon and sat there in quiet enchantment. Its not the best film you will ever lay your eyes on, but at the same time has a beautiful simplicity to it and the plot is not superficial.
With a score by the legendary Arvo Part, the music keeps you hypnotized throughout the movie. Definately worth a watch.
