Although a well made independent film with a good performance from Winona Ryder, the black comedy is too black to be comedy and too farfetched for me to believe it constitutes a good film. I thought it was to weird and not believable enough, and I don't know if Christian Slater was a badass or just a bad ass.

All the murders just seem ridiculous and just the fantasy of a bunch of high school students, and the fact that it was that easy is the rotten cherry on top of this melted sundae. Heathers is just too weird for me, and I expected more.

I believe I overshot my target.
