Review of Heathers (1989) by Christopher H — 13 Jul 2014
I remember when this first came out I was 12, and it was billed as a black comedy, and everyone was acclaiming it, and I thought, what a crock, it seems a poor premise in bad taste. Finally seeing it 25 years later, I would add that the poor premise in bad taste is also poorly executed.
It probably doesn't deserve one star, but I am compensating for critical overrating. I would have hated it even more if I had seen it when I was 12.
