Review of Heat (1995) by Kevin B — 30 Jul 2012

Michael Mann's magnum opus. A near three hour crime film that includes everything you could want. Excellent performances from the entire cast, particularly Pacino, De Niro, & Kilmer. Great action set pieces, particularly the opening scene and the famous shootout midway through the film.

But by far, the greatest part of the movie, is the diner scene. You know what I'm talking about. Yeah, fantastic acting. This ranks up there with the likes of Goodfellas & the Godfather.
