Review of Heat (1995) by Alexandros T — 19 Jan 2015
Michael Mann's Heat revolves around Detective Vince Hannah (Al Pachino) hunting down a crew led by veteran robber, Neil McCauley (Robert DeNiro).
This is one of the most action-packed films ever made in the 90s with intense heist sequences and some of the best shootouts within the film industry that snatches the viewer with extreme intensity. The supporting cast is compelling, with Val Kilmer being the most notable, and the Drama revolving around the rwo leads are extremely well done. Heat overall is action/drama film any movie fan would love complete with good acting, great action, and meticulous direction by Michael Mann.
