Four people die and cross paths with Thomas who happened to be born at the same time. Now he can see the spirits who are now fettered to him since his birth. They become friends to him until it starts becoming a problem, so they decided to conceal themselves.

Thomas grows into an adult and his spirit friends soon learn that they are there to complete unfinished business in their lives. They reveal themselves once again to Thomas, so he can help them out. It's a wonderful, funny, and charming story.
