Review of Heart and Souls (1993) by Jake P — 29 Sep 2011
Moving, sentimental comedy. At first I thought I was going to hate it. After 20 minutes I could already predict the plot, although for some reason I kept watching. I was rewarded, as the second half of the film (coincidentally, the one with RDJ) is an entertaining and touching story. Although it's completely ridiculous, and most of the time very clichà (C), it's still incredibly fun to watch. I'll admit that I laughed out loud quite a few times during the movie, notably when RDJ is giving a presentation and one by one the ghosts possess his body and make him do some borderline insane things to bully him into helping them come to terms with their past life.
Great movie and fun for the whole family.
