Review of Headhunters (2011) by Matt R — 24 Aug 2012
Fans of the Dragon Tattoo films would do themselves a service to check out this outstanding addition the "Scandi crime" genre. An insecure corporate headhunter moonlights as an art thief to maintain his relationship to the woman he loves.
He proceeds to rob the wrong guy [played superbly by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau aka Jamie Lannister in Game Of Thrones], shit hits the fan, and that my friends is all you need to know, other than it's unpredictable, presents some of the most bizarre predicaments I've ever seen in an action flick, and that a human heart beats underneath all the nail biting chases and conflict.
It's being remade, scripted by the guy who did the Anvil documentary.
