Has funny moments. However, those moments do not overshadow the rest of the which is an insult to human intelligence. However, it's nice to see a "black comedy" that doesn't feature the overused and just plain dumb "get back at whitey" plot line.
Head of State does sort of maybe use it... but in a very light-hearted manner. I know Chris Rock is capable of better.
