Chris Rock runs for President. That might not be such a bad idea, if you've seen Bowling for Columbine or some of his stand up, he has an idea of gun control by making bullets expensive. If he can come up with great ideas like that he could be a good president.
Anyway this movie has its hits & misses. Luckly for us there are more hits then misses.
