Christian slater impressed me I thought he was talentless - guess not. The ending is unclear. I'm ok with the ambiguous ending as long as it is allegorical or in same way meaningful. But in this case I was just like "what?" It seemd like they just didn't know how to end it or desperately wanted it to be a little more artsy.
Im pretty sure the director doesn't even know how it ended. I LOVED the special effects - the goldfish, the hummingbirds, the cars etc. Overall, I liked it. I even recommended it to a bunch of people.
It really is an original film.
