This movie is so strange.. the beginning of the film is a confusing blend of reality and Bob's imagination or "daydreams".
To put it simple Bob is essentially a quiet man who is slightly mad and depressed. He has an obsession about killing his colleagues but is too afraid to pull the trigger.. until one day it happens by accident. I ended up turning it off after a while it was too depressing and non-sensical mixed with warped emotions. not my cup of tea.
