Review of He Was a Quiet Man (2007) by Chad O — 11 Jun 2008

Christian Slater gives a strong performance (yes, you read that right) as a very flawed (yet oddly sympathetic) office worker who inadvertently becomes a hero even though he is really anything but due to some rather kooky circumstances.

Very dark comic tale that weaves in and out of fantasy and reality, yet never left me feeling confused about which was which. A feat in itself! Good stuff with quality writing and nice performances all around.
