First of all, yes I watched a foreign movie. Now that we got that out of the way, it wasn't half bad. Sometimes the things we CHOOSE to see can drive us crazy. The mind is a powerful thing, as is the heart.
Do not be ruled by one or the other. Rather, find the perfect balance to be the best version of yourself.
